The Botanist's Big Easter Weekender

After a cold, grey winter, the sun is finally making an appearance, nights are getting lighter and there’s blossom on the trees; it’s time to celebrate the first bank holiday of the year, Easter! Falling on pay-day this year, we're hosting our Big Easter Weekender from Thursday 28th until Monday 1st April...

Showcasing what we do best, all rolled into one jam-packed four-day weekend, our talented team will be shaking cocktails, serving up signature feel-good food and pouring bottomless drinks, with live musicians promising to let the good times roll until late throughout the weekend.

We'll also be offering bottomless drinks every day for an additional £25 with any main course purchased, so those wanting to celebrate early can enjoy unlimited drinks for 90 minutes whilst dining. Keeping drinks topped up, the bottomless upgrade will be available from opening until 5pm, with last bookings at 3:30pm. Choose from Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Prosecco or The Botanist Lager.

To cure a sore head, The Botanist’s Easter Sunday roast is perfect for catching up and spending quality time together. Choose between Roast Sirloin of Beef, Pot Roast Lamb Shoulder, Slow Roast Honey Glazed Pork Belly, Roast Chicken or vegan Celeriac, Mushroom and Pearl Barley Wellington, each served with a fluffy Yorkshire pudding and accompanying sauce. The dishes come with maple glazed carrots, roast potatoes, greens and gravy, for the whole table to dig in to, and extra sides can also be added to the feast, including cranberry glazed pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese with parmesan crumb.
